This conference intends to provide a forum for researchers insatellite communications and applications field to discuss the current status,technical challenges, standards, fundamental issues and future services.

Prospective authors are cordially requested to submit a 100‐words abstract with the title ofthe paper, affiliation, and contact information of mailing address,telephone/facsimile numbers, and e‐mail address through the Conference Registration System by July 31st, 2019. For the papers from IEICE,Japan (Copyright shall be attributed to IEICE) and other countries except Korea
For the papers from KOSST, Korea(Copyright shall be attributed to KOSST)
Extendedversions of the selected papers will be recommended for publication in theIEICE transactionsor the Journal of KOSST after an express reviewand further revisions. Note that the authors intending to publish theirextended version of the conference paper should be cautious in submission offinal camera ready paper to avoid the issue of so-called self-plagiarism of theoriginal conference paper.
